CUSTOMER CARE
- Dahlia tubers are live plant material. They are perishable and are at their most fragile time of life when they have been split into a singular tuber.
- Once you receive your tubers and inspect them, please read the 'Dahlia Care Guide' provided in your package on how to treat tubers prior to planting.
- The tuber packaging provided is for the interim use whilst shipping only. The packaging is not intended to keep your tuber viable prior to your nominated planting date.
- Please determine how you plan to store your tubers.
- Regularly monitor your tubers while they are being stored in your preferred potting medium, to ensure the stay in a viable condition prior to planting.
- Every climate and soil type is different, and it is very important that you learn what works in your individual environment.
- Dahlia tubers are best planted after your last frost has passed and should not be planted into saturated soil. This ensures minimal risk of frost damage to tender shoots or from the dahlia tubers rotting, from over saturated soil.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY:
-
As mentioned previously, in 'Tuber Information' in our Dahlia Tuber Sale Policy, through the purchase of dahlia tubers, the buyer assumes all risk when buying dahlia tubers.
- Once the tuber (s) is past the 7th day mark post delivery / or placed in the ground , Loganberry Farm will not be held responsible for environmental factors that can contribute to the health and vigour of the plant. We are not responsible for tubers / plants failings to grow once they been planted, or if the storage instructions provided have not been followed.
- Refunds will not be offered for change of mind before or after the 7th day grace period, unless the tuber(s) does not meet our own labelling requirements highlighted in the Refund Policy, and will not exceed the cost of the tubers themselves. Loganberry Farm is not required to issue a refund, and is not liable for any monetary value beyond the value of the purchased tubers in question.
- By proceeding and completing your transaction at checkout, you agree to the policies stated above, and you are acknowledging that you are fully aware of these policies will be acted upon in a respectful manner.
